Air Arabia Flights to Athens from April 21

SHARJAH - Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region, will launch its service to the Greek city of Athens on April 21.

Roundtrip flights will operate three times a week between Athens and Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport in Greece, and Air Arabia’s hub in Sharjah.

Air Arabia will be the first low-cost carrier in the Middle East to have operations to Athens. Adel Ali, Air Arabia chief executive officer, said that the airline will fly to Athens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, departing Sharjah at 6.55pm and arriving in Athens at 10.45pm. The return flights will depart Athens at 11.30pm and arrive in Sharjah at 5.20am.
