Nine Injured in Road Accidents in Dubai

DUBAI - Nine people were injured in road accidents in Dubai on Thursday.

In the first accident that took place at around 7am, a school bus carrying 20 students and two female instructors collided with a car in Mahayana 4 area. The two female instructors suffered minor injuries.

An Asian worker suffered moderate injuries when he was knocked down by a car when on Al Maktoum Road around 10am.

In the third accident, which occurred on Shaikh Zayed Road around 11am, five people were injured when three cars rammed into each other.

An Arab motorist was injured when his car overturned after he lost control over the steering on University City Road, near the Al Warqa Roundabout.

The accident took place around 11.30am.
