gives potters and weavers a big platform to showcase their products.

The Diving Village Dubai focuses on the maritime culture prevalent

and models of dhows and pearling boats.
Peal diving has been one of the oldest professions in the region.
Known for more than 7,000 years, this expedition involved most
of the locals during that time. A pearling boat carried about
50 people for every expedition. Practiced during the period
of April to September, when the waters of the Arabian Gulf were
safe and warm, it was a dangerous task. At the Heritage and

adventure, which is slowly becoming extinct.
